Unleash the Creativity in you

People seem to have the misconception that only a select few are able to unleash a steady flow of creative genius. That is not true at all. The fact is, creativity is very much like a muscle that needs to be exercised in order to consistently give out great results. If you don't practice harnessing creative thinking, this skill will very much atrophy into inexistence. But keep working and this skill will soon come to you in a snap.

So how do you unleash your creative thinking? Well, the first thing is to become a human leech. No, we're not talking about just sucking the blood out of every living being available, we're saying that you should take in as much knowledge and learning you can find. Read everything available -- good and bad, and keep your mind open to the infinite possibilities of the universe. The more you know, the more you'll want to know, and the more your faculty of wonder will be exercised. Prepare to be amazed at little facts that add a bit of color into your life.

Focus on a creative activity everyday. Yes, it's an effort. Even doodling is a creative activity. Don't let anything hinder you. Mindlessness may be a creative activity, but for people who are just starting out to unleash a little bit of creative thinking in their lives, it is helpful and encouraging to have concrete evidence, that, "hey, what I'm doing is getting somewhere." So why don't you try it. Practice drawing for a couple of minutes each day. Bring out your old camera and start snapping photos like crazy. Keep a journal and make a point to write in it religiously. Another cool idea is to write by describing something with your five senses. Try to avoid vague adjectives like "marvelous," "amazing," and "delicious." Before you know it, you'll have built yourself a tiny portfolio, and you'll be amazed at the growth you've undertaken after amassing all those works of art. Who knows, you might actually take to liking those things you do everyday. Pretty soon those things will become a part of you and you'll be addicted to these creative exercises.

Think out of the box -- or don't. Sometimes, constraints are actually a good thing. Limitations discipline you to work within your means. It enables you to be more resourceful. Creative freedom is great, but limitations enforce discipline.

Try something new everyday and let your experiences broaden your perspective. Explore a new district in your neighborhood. Spend an afternoon in a museum to which you've never been before. Chat up someone on the bus. Open up to the people around you. As you thrust yourself out of your comfort zone more and more each day, your sense of adventure grows and so does your zest for life. Think about it. When was the last time you did something for the first time? If it's been a while, I tell you, you've been missing out on a whole lot of experiences that could've added to your growth, emotionally, mentally, physically, or spiritually. Why don't you try bungee jumping today? Not only will you learn, but you will also have plenty of stories to share, enabling you to practice your storytelling skills and making you the life of the party.

Embrace insanity. No, not to the point of practically admitting yourself into the mental ward. As John Russell once said, "Sanity calms, but madness is more interesting." Exactly! Every creative thought was once deemed insanity by other "normal" people at one time or another. Luckily, that didn't stop the creative geniuses from standing by them. The thing is, sanity or being normal confines people to think... well, normally. Withink limits. Creativity is essentially breaking through barriers. Yes, this includes the bizzarre and the downright strange. I'm not saying that you yourself should develop a creative personality. That might go haywire. An example of a creative personality would be George Washington, who often rode into battle naked, or James Joyce, who wrote "Dubliners" with beetle juice for an intense fear of ink, or Albert Einstein, who thought his cat was a spy sent by his rival (or in thinking creatively in this case, the term could probably be "archnemesis.") It's important that your creativity doesn't get you detached from the real world completely.

I hope this article has inspired you to start thinking beyond your "limits." If you follow these steps pretty soon you'll be living a life full of interesting adventures. Unleashing your creative thinking will bring about a new zest for living life.

Setting a goal 101

Setting Your Goals - Easier Said, Easily Done

The basics of setting a goal is an open secret known by top-caliber athletes, successful businessmen
and businesswomen and all types of achievers in all the different fields.

The basics of setting goals give you short-term and long-term motivation and focus.
they help you set focus on the acquisition of required knowledge and help you to plan and
organize your resources and your time so that you can get the best out of your life.

Setting clearly defined short term and long term goals will enable you to measure your progress and
achieve personal satisfaction once you have successfully met your goals. Charting your progress will
also enable you to actually see the stages of completion leading to the actual realization of your
goals. This eliminates the feeling of a long and pointless grind towards achieving your goal.
Your self-confidence and level of competence will also improve as you will be more aware of your
capabilities as you complete or achieve your goals.

The basics of goal settings will involve deciding what you really want to do with your personal life
and what short term and long term goals you need to achieve it.
Then you have to break down goals into the smaller and manageable targets that you must complete in
your way to achieving your lifetime targets. Once you have your list waste no time in tackling your
goals.

A good way to have a manageable list is to have a daily and weekly set of goals. By doing this you
will be always in the position of going towards you life plan goals. Everyday will give you the opportunity to fulfill a certain goal giving you the feeling of accomplishment.

Here are some pointers that should be taken into consideration in setting goals and achieving them.

Attitude plays a very big role in setting and achieving your goals. You must ask yourself if any part of you or your mind holding you back towards completing your simplest goals? If there are any part of your behavior that is being a hindrance or puts your plans into disarray? If you do have problems in these areas then the immediate thing to do is to address this problem. Solutions may include a visit to a doctor or psychiatrist to control your emotions.

Careers are made by good time management practice. Failing in a career is often attributed to bad time management. Careers require a lot from an individual which often makes the career the life of the individual. Plan how far do you want to go into your career.

Education is key in achieving your goals. If your goals require you to have a certain kind of degree or require a certain specialization or demand a certain skill to be developed, make plans in getting the appropriate education.

Your family should never be left out of your plans. If you are just starting out then you have to decide if you want to be a parent or when you want to be a parent. You also have to know if you really would be a good parent and how well would you relate to extended family members

Personal financial situations also play a major role in achieving your goals. Have a realistic goal on how much you really want to earn. You also must be able to create plans or stages by which you will be able to reach your earning potential.

Physically gifted individuals may be able to achieve sports related goals like being in the National Basketball association or National Football League. Determining your physical capabilities should be one of your priorities. Physical limitations could however be conquered with proper planning.

As the saying goes -'All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy', or something to that effect, is by all means true down to the last the letter. Giving yourself a little pleasure: should be included into your plans.

To start achieving your lifetime goals, set a quarter of a century plan, then break it down to 5 year plans then break it down again to 1 year plans, then 6 month plans then monthly plans, then weekly, then daily.

Then create a things-to-do list for the day.

Always review your plans and prepare for contingencies.

The basics of goal settings should not be so difficult once you get to be familiar with them.

Cheers to Success

Part Two: $100 a day, over the long term.

The above suggestions really can earn you $100 in a 24 hour period if you work at it. The ways below take a little bit of time to get set up and get going but can earn you $100 a day in the long term.

When appropriate put ads on Craigslist and Usfreeads about your product or service you're offering.

Squidoo Lenses

Think of squidoo as a place where you can get a free one page - but it can be a very long one page – website. When setting up a squidoo lens, you first need to do some research on key words. Trust me this is important.

So think about your squidoo lens and come up with 4 or 5 key word phrases. Pop them in Google and see what competition you're up against. You can also go to Google's adword keyword generator, https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal, Use the tab keyword variations, enter your key words and then hit the "get more key words" tab underneath.

Pick out eight to ten key word phrases, these will be your tags. Now go to http://www.squidoo.com and get yourself a lens using your key word phrase as the name of the lens. Set up your bio in your bio module and link to your product or website in that module. Now write a 250 to 500 word essay using your key word phrase at least three times. The essay should be relevant to your product or niche. In the essay link to your product, affiliate product and/or to your website. You might want to use a teaser phrase to encourage people to click on the link.

Add a poll and an amazon module, then add another text module with links to your other products or affiliate products.

Add a google news feed module. Then another text module and finally end with a guestbook.

This may sound complicated but all the modules are clearly explained and it's really a matter of point and click to populate your lens with interesting products.

You can earn money from your lens through the different modules and their products, such as books from amazon.com, from products that you're an affiliate for and from your own products.

You can put up a lens for each one of your key word phrases and then link them together.

AdSense

Google through their Adsense program, offers paid advertising through the use of text linked ads placed on websites. These ads can also be placed on blogs. Advertisers hope to subvert visitors to click on the text ad and visit their own websites through these text linked ads. The advertisers pay Google for every visitor that clicks through. Google passes on some of the money to the owner of the websites where the click originated. This is know as PPC or pay per click. Savvy Internet marketers build websites on topics that have a high PPC with the sole purpose of earning money.

Some of these sites known as MFA or Made For AdSense contain little or no redeeming content. The website's owner's intent is to place high in the search engines for a niche key word phrase. Say "Natural Cures for Whatever." People have a tendency to only look at the first page of results when searching. They click on the "Natural Cures for Whatever" site. When they arrive there is little information, so in an effort to leave the site quickly, they click on one of the text linked ads to navigate away.

A better philosophy is to make the site content rich to attract visitors and establish a level of trust. The visitor feels comfortable and when they've found the information they needed they are more likely to click on one of the text based ads.

How much money can you earn with AdSense? It depends on the topic of your website, your key word usage and your traffic. People look for all sorts of information on the Internet. Quite a bit of the time they're looking for a solution to a problem or how-to-do something. If your website addresses those issues, the odds are it will make more money than a generic site.

You have to have a website already up and running before you apply for AdSense. They are accepting blogs for AdSense revenue as well. Once you get one blog or website approved you can add the AdSense to your other sites/blogs without additional approval.

Once you're approved you have your choice of style and size of ad. You don't have to do any of the coding. You do have to know how to incorporate the code on your website or blog. It's not difficult. You can track how much money you're making nearly in real time.

Use Forums and Discussion Groups

You can join forums and discussion groups that relate to your website/blog/squidoo page. Search discussion group sites like http://groups.yahoo.com and http://groups.google.com for groups that are relevant. You can also search for discussion groups by subject matter. Type in the search engines +discussion +groups +mothers +young +children, for example.

Another alternative is to find websites that relate to your website that have forums. There's a huge forum for writers at AbsoluteWrite.com, for example. Many online publications on your topic will have forums as well.

Join these discussion groups. In your profile make sure you keep your signature short and sweet but do include a one sentence description of your site/blog/squidoo lens and a link.

When questions come up, or the conversation focuses on your topic, you can post a short answer and then mention there is an article or suggestion that would be helpful to the members at your site and give the link. Of course don't spam the members or just post one or two word answers, like "thank you" or "I agree" just to post.

Social Networking Sites

Keep in mind the word networking is a verb, and that means action. Go to Myspace and set up a profile that reflects the product/website/affiliate product you want to sell. Keep the profile fun and interesting. You can also use the blog at Myspace to update your profile. You can add photos, videos from YouTube, and games. Then search for friends using your key words to find people interested in your product. Say you have a golf product, search for golfers. If you have a recipe book, search for people who like to cook. You can also join the forums at Myspace and look for friends that way.

The advantage of having friends is that you can then send bulletins to your friends that will automatically be posted at their Myspace profile and seen by all their friends. If you have 100 friends and they each have 100 friends, one of your bulletins can potentially be seen by 10,000 people.

Ryze is social networking that leans a little more toward business. Again set up your profile with your links, then look for groups to join. The groups should be relevant to your website or products. Most groups have active discussions going on. Answer questions, ask questions and contribute to the discussion.

There are lots of other social networking sites you can join. Every day spend a few minutes visiting each of your site's network.

Niche Marketing

Niche marketing is a buzz word and it simply means marketing to a small niche rather than a broad market. For example: Your blog is about cures for sinus headaches, that's very broad. A narrower niche would be natural cures for sinus headaches and an even narrower niche is natural herbal cures for sinus headaches. The logic is that there are fewer blogs/websites competing for the very narrow niche than the much broader topic. There will be fewer people searching for natural herbal cures for sinus headaches but more of them will be ready to buy a product or click on an AdSense ad.

BUM Marketing

Bum marketing is simply using articles you've written to drive traffic to a blog/website/squidoo page you've set up that sells an affiliate product, or your own product. . The article is submitted to article directories and includes a bio box that has a little bit about you and the link to your blog/website/squidoo page.

The tricks to BUM Markeing are very simple.

1. Use keywords in the title of your article and in the article itself so people searching for those keywords will find your article on the major search engines.

2. Make the article informative and interesting, but leave the readers wanting more.

3. Include a teaser in your bio box that entices the reader to click on the link to your website/blog.

4. Write enough articles using those keywords.

How much is enough? A rule of thumb is one article per day for the first month.

Read this if your goal is to make $100 in 24 hours via the internet

I know it is bit off track but I feel that there are many people searching for ways to make money from the net so today just 1 time only

How To Earn $100 in 24 hours on the Internet

You can earn $100 in 24 hours on the Internet. There is no magic button. It takes work but you can do it. Earn means you have completed the work and the money is owed to you. With some of the companies included in this report as resources, payment is on a weekly or monthly basis. Many times, working with individuals, the payment will be made immediately upon completion of the work.

The 24 hours begins the minute you decide to take action.

You don't need any upfront cash to get started, just your wits, a computer and an Internet connection. It's a given you have the needed software for word processing, but if you don't you can download Open Office.

Just to be clear, this report is not advising you to gather up all your unused books, videos, games, whatever, and sell them on Ebay. That is a way to generate cash, but no different than a garage sale, it's just online.

This report is about earning the money from scratch.

There are a few basics you will need to have in place.

1, You probably already have a Paypal account, but if you don't set one up. You can accept payment through Paypal for the most part, unless it's a commission for an affiliate sale.

2, Set up an account at Craigslist. You will be using it for placing ads. There is no cost for the account, or for the ads.

3, Set up an account at Usfreeads. You will be using it for placing ads. There is no cost for the account, or for the ads.

All of this should take no more than an hour, so you've got 23 hours left.

If you are planning to sell a product, whether it's your own, or someone else's product and receive a commission, set up a blog, squidoo page, or hubpage. More about blogging and squidooing later.

Part Two of this report includes ways you can continue to earn $100 a day over the long term.

There is no guarantee that you will earn any money at all, that depends on you.

Part One: Earn $100 in 24 hours today

Make Money Writing

Ghostwriting articles

You have to have some writing talent to ghostwrite articles. You do need to be organized, able to research topics quickly, summarize the main points and write the article in a clear way, with correct spelling and grammar. The article length can range from 200 words to 1000 words or more. Payment is usually by the word. For beginners, a 500 word article can be sold for about $5.00. An accomplished ghostwriter can charge up to $30 for a 500 word article.

The client gives you the topic and any key words that must be included in the article. How long it takes to write the article is dependent upon how much you already know about the topic and how quickly you can find the materials you need to research the topic. It is possible, working at a steady pace, to write ten 400-500 word articles in one day. That's $100 at $5 per article.

Both Digital Point and The Warrior Forum, Warrior Special Offers (WSOs) have threads where people offer their services for sale. You can post an offer at no cost on Digital Point but you have to have been a member and have 15 posts to your name in order to do so. Warrior Forum also requires that you have been a member for awhile and there is a fee to post a WSO. However, you can still earn money through these boards.

Join both of these groups. Scan the posts on the WSO thread and the Buy-Sell-Trade board at Digital Point. Offer your services to the people who are asking questions about the services currently offered, or who have said they've bought the service. Do this by the private message function on both boards, not by posting on the thread.

Place ads on Craigslist and Usfreeads offering your service.

Posting Your Way to Dollars.

Post on forums

It has been shown that people don't want to post on forums unless there are already posts. New forum owners pay people to post comments, start threads, and respond to other threads in an effort to get some forum action going. As the forum grows, the level of posting increases until paid posts aren't necessary.

Forum topics have a huge variety. There's probably a forum for just about any subject. Usually a paid poster has to have at least some knowledge of the subject to post relevant comments. There can be a minimum word count for the posts. Posts of "I agree," "Me too," and "Thanks for the info," are too short and don't add anything to the discussion, so forum owners don't want to pay for them. Posting on forums doesn't pay a lot, perhaps as little as 10 posts for a dollar. Find the jobs on Internet marketing related websites like Digital Forum.

Post on blogs

You can be paid to post comments on blogs much the same way you can be paid to post on forums. Pretty much the same criteria applies, the posts can't be too short and have to be relevant to the subject matter.

You can search for offers of 5 posts for a dollar. If each post takes a minute you would have to work a little over 8 hours to make $100.

Place ads on Craigslist and Usfreeads offering your service.

Writing Articles for Pay

There are sites that pay for content. Most of the sites require that you post your article first and wait for a buyer to come by to purchase your articles.

Associated Content buys the article from you. The pay is minimal from $3 to $5per 500 word article. However there are occasions where Associated Content has paid up to $50 per article. The articles can be submitted on an exclusive basis, meaning they aren't and won't be posted anywhere else, or nonexclusive, which means you've used the article elsewhere.

It takes a day or two for Associated Content to review the article and make the offer. You are not required to accept the offer and can withdraw the article. It takes another two days for the article to be published and then two or three days for Associated Content to make the payment to you.

Place ads on Craigslist and Usfreeads offering your service.

Websites that pay for articles:

Associated Content
Constant-Content
Helium
Lifetips
HowToDoThings
Shvoong
ArticleWarehouse
AuthorConnection

There are a number of sites you can post articles, tips, or essays to. You get paid a share of the earnings of the ads that show up with your article. The more popular your article, the more views, the more revenue you can earn.

Pay Per Sale, Affiliate Programs, and Commissions

You're simply selling someone else's product through your marketing efforts, whether it's a blog or website, and you receive a sales commission when the sale is completed.

Most of these products are informational, either an ecourse, software, or ebook. Quite a few of the affiliate products pay more than a 50% commission. The smart product owners offer banners, buttons, sales copy, and even articles that you can use to promote with.

Clickbank is one of the most established programs. Commission Junction is another source. Both of these make the payments to the affiliates so you don't have to worry whether the product owner will pay. PayDotCom is a program which uses Paypal as the payment method. The product owner makes the decision to pay the affiliates and has to authorize PayDotCom to do so.

Many products offer their own affiliate program independently. Look for one with a solid history of payment.

You can also become an affiliate of Amazon.com to sell books and consumer products such as jewelry, televisions, whatever. The percentage commission is much lower, but sometimes the retail price is high enough to make up for it.

The fastest way to make money selling affiliate products is to think about the forums, lists and discussion groups you already belong to. What are the questions being asked? Is there a problem that people need a solution for? What are the hot topics?

Set up an affiliate account at Clickbank.com. Go to their marketplace and search for products that will solve the problems, or are the answer to the questions being discussed.

Set up a blog or squidoo pages that relate to the affiliate programs.

Post a informative response and include your affiliate product in your response. A softer sell is to post a review of the product on your blog and then post a response to the list/discussion forum stating that you've reviewed the product and they can find out more on your blog. You can also set up a squidoo page and refer people to your squidoo page.

You will probably need to make 3 to 4 sales to earn $100 in commissions.

Develop Your Own Product

This is the way you can make real money on the Internet. The question is: Can you do it in 24 hours? It would be very difficult to research a niche or market, decide what need is hottest and that you have the knowledge for, write the report, write the ad copy or sales letter, set up a blog/website/squidoo page and then market the report. In the real world in real time, it's not feasible.

What you can do while you're working on the other ways to make $100 in 24 hours is jot down ideas you have that would the basis for a product. Then when you have the time you can start developing the product.

You can develop a short report, 2500 words or so, a long report, 2500 to 5000 words, or an ebook, 7500 words and up. You could also develop an ecourse that's a combination of emails, an ebook, chats, and perhaps conference calls.

Get Paid to --- Take Surveys, Receive Offers, Read Email

First rule don't pay someone to find out information about the "Get Paid To" companies.

There are too many sites which falsely represent that you will be paid cash for taking surveys, referring visitors, or accepting offers. Some of these offers require a credit card. You sign up for a free month of XYZ movies, get paid $15 for accepting the offer and provide your credit card number. If you don't cancel the offer your credit will be billed, and you can't cancel immediately, or you won't be paid. Usually you have to reach a minimum level of earnings to receive a check or deposit to your Paypal account. And the minimum level is nearly impossible to earn. Some of the surveys can be completed quickly and some take an hour or so to complete.

Most of the money is made through referring other people. It will be a huge challenge to earn $100 in 24 hours, so there aren't any resources listed in this report.

Blog Your Way to Beaucoup Bucks.

Blogging is a website (don't worry no website skills needed) that you update every day with posts about your chosen subject. Visitors can comment on your posts for others to see.

Using your blog as a billboard

There are several websites who will pay you to post product reviews on your website. They are paid by the company who owns the products. The products can range from consumer durable goods, consumable goods, or just about anything you can think of. The blog has to be approved by the company and has to remain up for a specified length of time. There usually has to be a qualifying statement that your post is a paid advertisement.

Using your blog as a review site

Another way to use your blog is to post product reviews of affiliate products. When someone buys the product you're paid a commission. You can post reviews of books you've read that are available on amazon.com and link to the books as an affiliate.

Ads on your blog

If your blog has somewhat of a following in a certain niche and gets a reasonable amount of traffic, you can use pay per click (PPC) ads to generate some revenue. The more traffic to your blog, the higher the potential for click throughs, the more money you can earn. AdSense by Google is a very popular PPC company but there are others.

You can also use a blog to sell products as an affiliate.

Here are just a few of the free sites where you can quickly and easily set up your blog.:

Live Journal
Blogger
Wordpress.com

Pick a market niche you're familiar with as the topic for your blog. Every day post on your blog. Of course that's not all you need to do. You have to get people to your blog to read it and hopefully click on your paid ads, or on the products you're promoting as an affiliate.

Most of the blog sites are searchable by keywords. Search on the same words you've used for your site to find other blogs. Then leave a comment on the relevant blogs and include your link to your own blog.

You can submit your blog's url to search engines so if someone wants information on 'how to raise guppies' and that's the subject of your blog, your blog shows up for visitors to find.

With a little bit of research and time you can become successful and increase your bank account with Online Marketing just by blogging.

Submitting Links to Articles, Websites and Blogs to Social Networking Sites.

You can submit links to other people's articles, etc. to the social networking sites. The pay isn't terrific, usually no more than a couple of dollars per article. You'll have to set up an account at each site. Below is a list to get you started. With a bit of research you can find quite a few more. Offer the service on Digital Point the same as you would offer to ghost write articles.

Setting up the accounts at the social networking sites will probably take a couple of hours. If each article takes 20 minutes to post at all the social networking sites andyou charge $4 for the service. You'd earn $12 an hour and would have to work a little over 10 hours to earn $100.

Download the free Roboform to make your job lot more easier.

You need your client to tell you the url of the article/website, title, brief description or first paragraph of the article, category, and tags or keywords.

How To Manifest Abundance

If you want abundance you have to first be clear on what you want - that is - know exactly what you want. Then you have to think abundance all the time. If you want an abundant supply of money - great - now think of having an abundance of wealth.

If you want better health - focus on having an abundance of energy and health. Think about having an abundance of what you want. I don't mean a little more or a lot more - I mean abundance - a never-ending supply. Can you see yourself having a never-ending supply of wealth? Energy? Happiness? Romance? Friends? Confidence? Anything? If you can't then you won't be able to manifest abundance.

Before you can experience having abundance you first have to believe that you can have a never-ending supply of anything that you want.

Think about it - there really is a never-ending supply of all that we need.

There's enough naturally grown food to feed the world ten times over - even though millions starve each year. There is still enough for everyone and more. If you know what you want - and know that you can have an abundance of what you want then you can begin working with the process of creating abundance.

How do you do this? First you must learn that everything is made of energy, like a magnetic device, we draw to us that which we focus on. So lets start with an idea, because everything begins with an idea. Be very clear about your idea, is this really what you desire? Get very clear about what it is that you want.

I like to use the T tool –merely a T drawn on a piece of paper. On one side let’s write down all the things that we want. On the other side let’s write down everything that we don’t want. Do not limit your thinking this is time to free your mind. Now let’s look at our list and prioritize the things that we want from 1-25. The things that you don’t want will be tossed into the trash for take out.

Now split the paper in half and lets get to work. Get some sort of poster board paper and find pictures and photos of the things that represent what you want and post them on the board in plain view so that you can see them everyday. This is called your vision board. Make no mistake this is powerful.

This is where the real work begins. Every morning and every evening before retiring look at your vision board, make sure you can feel, taste, smell, see and touch your desires by adding emotion you are creating your desires. Remember your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and fantasy. For 30 minutes a day you will begin to see a change in 30 days or less

Hypnotic Goal Setting Unleashed

For about a minute, as an exercise, I'd like you to focus only on what you might be eating for breakfast the very next day you finally achieve your #1 goal. Got it? Can you taste it? Goal setting can sometimes be like that...an intense imagination of future events. And it sure makes it a lot of fun!

It might seem unusual to mention hypnosis and goal setting in the same sentence but here we are concerned not with the showbiz version nor with the practices of professional psychotherapists. There is a much gentler version of hypnosis that I will call suggestibility and which can be used to reinforce the setting of goals and subsequent actions.

In this article we will look at four personality characteristics that lend themselves to the constructive use of this suggestive state. These characteristics are: curiosity, motivation, concentration and imagination.

It's a great shame that many people seem to lose their sense of curiosity as they move from childhood to adulthood because successful people often use an intense curiosity to not only set but also drive the implementation of their important goals. Just how curious are you about the most important goal in your life right now?

You can develop that curiosity further by copying what children do naturally - ask lots of questions! In particular, asking "what, when, how and where" questions will lead you to seek answers from yourself and, within reason, from others.

We've all been told or read many times that goal setting people must be motivated! And that can be so hard to find on occasions. I think the missing element here is a lack of curiosity. In other words your internal motivation to see your goal successfully achieved will best come from an almost insatiable curiosity.

Therefore, if you are feeling unmotivated about some aspect of your goal, then find a quiet spot and begin to ask yourself some of those "what, when, how and where" questions -- without any expectation of answers at this stage. Remember you are trying to enhance your curiosity about your motivation for taking on this goal in the first place. Somewhere within you lie the answers to those questions.

With the addition of 'concentration' to the two characteristics described above, you will begin over time to feel more open to suggestions - your own suggestions. Concentration is no great mystery if you recall ever having been so interested in reading a book that you lost track of the passage of time. The same thing with watching a very exciting movie. While you are still aware of your surroundings, you can sense an intense concentration or focus on the screen or the words on the page. Even if your concentration is sometimes interrupted, you normally find it easy to get back into it. This is a very useful state for you to be in when you want to give yourself suggestions relating to your goals.

By the way, it is not necessary to watch favorite movies or read books for this state to show itself. By simply sitting quietly in a natural setting and concentrating on say the appearance of a flower or on the ripples on the surface of a pond as a breeze blows over it, you can naturally learn to apply curiosity, motivation and concentration in a matter of minutes.

Imagination is the fourth and final element we wish to add to this practice. One of the reasons you are probably interested in goal setting is because your imagination helps you to see what it might be possible for you to achieve. If you faithfully practice the simple exercise given in the previous paragraph for a few minutes most days, you should find it very easy to slip into your own imaginative state.

And from that relaxed and suggestive state you can simply say to yourself a few times the following statement: "my goal is my own and I create it." Then bring your awareness back to where you are at the moment and go about your normal activities. That's all there is to it.

The cultivation of the four characteristics mentioned in this article may lead you to a deeper appreciation for the likely impact of the goal you have set yourself. At the very least you will be developing a deeper awareness of why you are doing what you are doing. And if you like what you see, then carry on. And if you don't, well you now have within you the power to start changing it.

Learning How To Use The Mind To Make Your Goals A Reality

Learning how to use the mind to create the life you desire takes time, persistence and motivation. Creativity plays a big part in everything you do as well. The mind is the most powerful tool we possess. When you begin utilizing it the way it was meant to be you will begin to realize you can create the life you desire.

As you set goals and begin to write them down on paper, you will find out if these goals truly motivate you. In order for you to learn how to use the mind properly, you must have goals that motivate you and that you can see yourself with the goals you desire.

One of the keys to success that will assist you on learning how to use the mind to create the life you desire is to be able to visualize your goals with feelings and emotions. A key element to assist you with your visualizations is called a vision board. A vision board can be done online or you can purchase a cardboard poster from a local store. You find pictures from magazines of things you would like to be do have and give you encouragement to set as goals.

As you cut these pictures out and glue them to the vision board, you always want to keep the vision board where you can see it everyday as you awaken in the morning.

As you continue to learn how to look at the pictures and feel the emotions that you will feel when you possess whatever it is you have glued to the vision board, you are learning how to use the mind to pull those things closer to you. The feelings and visualizations that you play through your mind about possessing the goals will bring everything you desire to you.

It is not a process we learn in school or in our society. Most people do not understand the true potential of their minds. It will benefit you to better understand how this really works. Personal development will teach you more about the learning how to use the mind to create the life we desire.

One of the most important things to remember when beginning this journey is that what we focus on we will attract to us whether wanted or unwanted. It sounds crazy but it requires more work than most people are willing to put forth. Take for instance you found are attempting to call a cat to you, as you continue to chase the cat to bring him to you he keeps moving away from you.

When you are learning how to use the mind to attract your goals you will understand that in order to catch the cat; if you ignore him yes you still want to catch the cat you will find that the cat will come to you. As you learn how to focus on your goals, you will come to understand that belief in achieving them plays a huge role in creating the life of your desire.

Place your intentions on what you desire then learn how to detach yourself from them. Always believe that you are attracting your goals and eventually you will find your goals do become a reality.

Financial Wealth Begins With Motivating Goals

All financial wealth begins with motivating goals. Do you find yourself setting goals that excite you? Are you willing to do anything to do to make them become a reality? If you look at anyone who has achieved financial freedom in their lives, you will realize that they are passionate about what they do.

Donald Trump, Robert kiyosaki, Bill Gates and many other successful individuals have achieved financial wealth by following their passions and doing what they love. Not only does it involve setting motivating goals for yourself, it requires you to take action to reach financial wealth.

Anyone can write down their goals, it is not hard to sit down and write out what you want to achieve. However most people do not possess the courage to follow their goals and take action.

In order to create financial wealth it takes more courage than just the ability to work a 9-5 job. Financial wealth begins with motivating goals; your job is not going to provide you the financial freedom that you are seeking.

If you are not passionate about your goals you will be unable to overcome any obstacles you encounter. Anyone who sets goals for themselves will encounter goals, it is just a fact of life. However as we continue to persist and work towards achieving our goals the obstacles will eventually disappear and it will become easier to reach all the goals you set for yourself.

Begin at once to learn how to set some goals that will excite you. It is extremely important if you want to set some motivating goals. Ask yourself "What is it that you enjoy doing?" Based on that question you can begin setting realistic achievable goals.

For instance one goal I am passionate about is working on my website and spreading the word that people possess more potential than they realize. I want people to realize their true potential and begin their personal development journey. Personal development will teach them that they can use their subconscious to create financial wealth in their lives.

As a matter of fact it is such a driving goal of mine, that I spend time working on my website every week. If you can set goals for yourself that drive you as much as mine does me, I am sure you can overcome any obstacles. You must understand that financial wealth begins with motivating goals; once you set them you must take all out action to make them a reality.

Do not share your goals with people who do not believe in the law of attraction or believe in personal development. People tend to say negative things and try to hinder your success if they do possess the courage to follow their goals. They will attempt to make you feel like you can never have success, and make you believe that you will fail in every endeavor that you encounter.

So if you truly wish to experience anything different than what you presently possess, you must remember you must be willing to do something different. If you continue doing what you are currently doing, you can never experience anything different.

Four Steps To achieve your goals

Some say New Year's resolutions are a worthless exercise and a poorly disguised setup for failure. Besides, one does not have to wait until the beginning of the year to make changes and fail at it!

I do not believe in failure! There is always something good to be found in any learning experience. Besides, if we always succeeded at everything we did, we would not know we succeeded because there would be nothing to measure success against!

Certainly, the normal statements along the lines of losing weight, quitting smoking, etc. are normally an invitation to be unsuccessful. The reason being that if you could not find the power before to achieve this, what would be different about now?

However, here are some ideas for you to consider that could possibly have a huge impact on your life.

1. Define your Self. Who are you? What do you stand for? What are the values that make you whole? Begin this task immediately and put it in writing. Refer to it often. Refine it continually as you discover things about your Self you did not know. Start with the following premise, which many of us have. You are not your work, your family or anything else external. You are internal. You are you.

2. What is your dream for the future? This is your intent. If it remains undefined and unrecognized, it will most likely never be created into reality. The reason for this is that you have to create your own reality. If you do not begin with this first step of intent to create, nothing can happen. Everything that ever is, was first a thought; then spoken, then acted upon. Of course this concept is much easier said than done. May I suggest that you not concern yourself with the HOW and only concern yourself with the intent? The HOW is not really in your power at this time. You need help with that.

3. Live your life as if each minute were your last. This has been said so many times that we normally brush the thought aside. Why do we do this? It is a crucial part of happiness and joy. We have a tremendous power within us to change our world. I believe strongly that we create our own world by making each choice that is offered to us every second of the day. That is the ONLY power we have; but it is an incredible power! When we decide to consciously choose to make each and every decision, then we are creating our world on a minute-by-minute basis. Making our choices becomes easier! Simply follow the guidelines as you defined who you are in step 1!

4. Let it go. We have no power over the future! You can worry, fret, get ulcers, scream, shout, and go down kicking, but you will not alter the future one bit and more importantly, while you are making that fuss about the future, you might miss making a couple of crucial, conscious choices in the here and now that allow you to create your future!

How to set goals

Learning how to set goals is important if you want to set achievable goals that you can reach in a realistic time line. We all desire to have more in our lives more money, more time with the family, better relationships, better health etc. However most people do not understand the importance of learning how to set goals so that you can achieve whatever it is you desire.

A goal is something that sets a burning desire in you and you are motivated to take action. If it does not motivate you and cause you to become inspired to take action then you probably should take a look at it again. As you work towards your goals you will encounter obstacles, and you will be faced with the situation should I give up or continue towards it? When you think you should give up because it does not look like you will ever reach your goal, it is actually the complete opposite.

You should continue pursuing your goals because the obstacles you hit are eventually going to go away or you will find your way around them. Therefore most who are just learning how to set goals for themselves become disappointed when they first put it into practice, because they fail to set a goal that becomes a consuming passion for themselves. They quit at the first sign of adversity.

Adversity is a part of life, we all have it. Of course some people have more than others, while others seem not to have any. It is just a part of life, and in my opinion life would be very boring without it. Adversity will bring out the real you and make you a stronger individual. If it was not for adversity then no one would stand out and accomplish anything great, because there would be no such thing as success. Without adversity learning how to set goals would be boring, because it would no longer be a challenge.

I think challenges are wonderful, because they get you out of the everyday routine of whatever it is you are doing and push you to do more.

Another thing when first learning how to set goals is to set a date to your goal. If you fail to do this, it is just a dream. A date puts a more definiteness to it and helps your subconscious bring it about. Always remember to continue working towards your goal until the date that you have established for it. If you fail to reach your goal by the specific date, do not be hard on yourself just keep the goal and change the date. There is nothing wrong with not reaching your goal by the specific date as long as you continue working towards it.

Everyone has failed to reach one or more goals by a date they have stated they would love to reach it. If the goal is unrealistic (like becoming a millionaire in 6 months) then you may want to rethink your goal and make it more achievable for the next date that you set for it.

As you continue to set goals and learn how to achieve them, you will realize that you can be do have anything you desire and you will begin to accomplish all kinds of things in your life. You should have several goals set for yourself both short term and long term goals. As you reach the goals, put a check mark by them so you can see the accomplishment you have achieved and it will motivate you to keep working towards the long term goals.

So go ahead and get into personal development because learning how to set goals can totally change your mind. I suggest you begin with the book "Think and Grow Rich"...by Napoleon Hill, it will totally change your life if you are ready.

Goal Setting - Make Your Life a Masterpiece Starting Right Now

Successful Goal Achieving can be learned and it can be learned by you and by anyone with a sincere desire and willingness to follow through . Whatever your past experiences in Goal Setting, you can learn new distinctions, new approaches, new philosophies and breakthrough any previous barriers to achieving them.

I think we all agree that there is a huge gap between passively learning a thing and the actual Mastery of it. Anyone can pick up a paintbrush and splash some color on a canvas, but not everyone will go on to create a masterpiece. While everyone CAN create a masterpiece, everyone has the capacity, not everyone will employ the belief, drive, discipline or even the desire to develop their inborn dormant talent or skill.

There is one area in which each of us must become the master of, and it is that of our own life design. We are given the blank canvas at birth and for a time, we are guided by others on how to fill it in until we realize that we can begin anew with a blank canvas anytime we choose. In fact, we can add as much color and depth as we want and we can paint over whatever we previously created.

Don't wait for someone else to give you permission to paint your canvas. Choose your own color palette, mix it up and fill your life with rich textures, and make your life full of color, depth and expression. Aim high, think big and go for your dreams with all of your might.

You are the artist.

Your life is the canvas.

Make it a masterpiece.

Goal Achieving is the #1 life skill, but most people become complacent about it and take it for granted. They understand it to some degree in theory, but rarely activate the immense power of integrating it into their day to day life.

Goal Setting is very easy to do. It's also just as easy not to do. And herein lies the danger. It is one of the most powerful "unseen" forces in the world, yet it is one of the easiest to take for granted or engage in sloppiness and mediocrity.

For example, most people only think about Goals once a year. You guessed it, January 1st. Millions of people take a stab at setting some half-hearted New Years Resolutions. They make random wishes in the hopes of achieving or obtaining things they have no commitment to and within a few weeks, they are forgotten... until next year. And then they do the exact same thing. Most resolutions have little motivation attached to them, no plans for their attainment, no strategy for measuring their progress and no support or success system to ensure their progress.

One of my early mentors said to me, "Find out what failures do and then don't do it. Find out what successful people do and then do it."

So don't do what the failing Resolution crowd does, which is clearly "set it and forget it." Learn how to stay plugged in to your Goals every single day, 365 days a year. Here are some helpful tips:

The Three Stages of a Goal

In my observation of those who embark upon the journey of Goals, I estimate that 97% of those who attempt to pursue a Goal barely succeed beyond the first stage of Goals and therefore never progress to the second or third stage. It's easier than you think to realize your most significant Goals once you understand the magnitude.

Stage 1. Goal Setting

Over the course of my life and in my decades of studying success and leadership, I learned key distinctions about how to create success systems™. A system is a formula that dictates a sequential order of a process. Call it what you will, in sports, it's a game plan, in cooking it's a recipe, in business it's a business plan. For example, when someone start a company and it succeeds, in many respects, they can model the steps that led to a successful outcome and duplicate them when creating the next company.

And the greatest success system™ you could ever learn is that which leads to the advancement and achievement of your most cherished Goals.

The Goal Rush success system™ is your recipe, a formula that when followed will lead you to a successful result. I found that those who consistently achieve their dreams, whether consciously or not have followed a system. The system and the first stage of the process is critical for your success. At this juncture Goal Setting is more than just making a wish. Goal Setting in it's essence is deciding, visualizing, planning, beginning to take the necessary actions, measuring, adjusting where necessary which will then lead to the Goal's advancement and finally Goal Achieving.

You see Goal Setting is only one aspect of the equation. The setting of the Goal is the envisioning stage. It's one of the early steps in a process of having, being, doing or giving something. Did you know that there is a surefire process for selecting Goals? Then and only then, can you pursue your most cherished Goals based on a holistic perspective of your life and from there, from only the Goals that pass the test and meet the criteria, you will begin the journey of moving towards it and attracting it. The only thing worse than not setting Goals, is tying up your time and energy on Goals that have no meaning. Even more damaging, is the habitual act of pursuing Goals are detrimental to you and the people around you, the Goals that rob you of your most precious resources and detract from the other areas of your life.

Goal Setting is the stage of decision. Deciding what you want and clarifying it in precise detail.

Stage 2. Goal Achieving

Goal Achieving is the outcome or result of actually hitting your target. After you learn the art of Goal Setting, you will drastically increase your success rate. I don't know anyone who achieves every Goal they set, not even me. Bill Gates, Tiger Woods and others who are world class Goal Achievers don't reach all of their Goals either, but they are winners in the game of life because they aim higher than most people ever dream and therefore they reap a higher level of reward. World Class Goal Achievers know the simple process of selecting Goals that are in harmony with your life's purpose, planning for their attainment, and increasing the likelihood of it's success. There are a multitude of things you can do to stack the odds in your favor. Goal Achievers understand it is possible to live in a constant state of joy, even when things don't go as planned, even when things don't work out.

The joy is in the journey.

Stage 3. Goal Mastery

Goal Mastery is the state of habitually and consistently being in touch with your life's purpose and leading a Goal directed life. In this state most or even all of your life areas are working at optimum levels, meaning your relationships, career, health, financial and spiritual lives are all feeding and adding to each other. You easily attract what you want. Some call it balance, but it is rare to have all of those areas living in total balance. Instead, strive for harmony. Your life Goals allow you to live a life where no one area gets neglected or suffers. Whatever you call it, Goal Mastery is a state of positive growth in all areas.

Mastery of anything is not a one time event. It is a constant process of never ending improvement. When you think you know it all is precisely the moment you will begin to backslide and regress. That is what leads to complacency and depression. How many people do we know who were incredibly gifted at something but stopped developing their God given gifts because they got comfortable or distracted? How many people do we know who settle for much less than the are capable of and go on to lead lives of quiet desperation.

If repetition is the mother of skill then just like I and so many others have, you too, have the power to condition yourself for success, and along with that comes the means to choose and achieve your destiny.

You are the artist.

Your life is the canvas.

Make it a masterpiece.
